Pomac PICP系列是卧式单级蜗壳离心泵。 该泵非常适合工业和化学应用。

 

重型PICP铸造包含一个集成的排水口和泵脚。 该设计基于所谓的“后拉式系统”。 这意味着在执行维护时，泵壳可以保持固定在管道上。

PICP离心泵的尺寸符合ISO2858。泵本身是根据ISO 5199规范构造的。

The stainless steel PSVP defoaming pumps are capable of pumping foaming slurries during the starch production process. 

A special internal contruction enables transporting slurries containing air or foam. First the liquid is de-aired and defoamed in the so-called defoaming compartment. Subsequently, the liquid enters the pump casing via guide-blades where it is pumped away.

If the liquid contains fibres as well as foam, a spiral screw can be fitted onto the product impeller

Depending on the application and the requirements the PSVP can be equipped with various options:

Vacuüm nozzle

Pressure gauge for vacuum pressure monitoring

The Pomac defoaming pumps are a complete range of pumps for starch production processes. The range consists of defoaming pumps, pulp and centrifugal pumps. These hygienic designed stainless steel defoaming pumps are know for their optimal hydraulic performance and defoaming power. Another notable feature is the unique modular construction.

The fibrous slurries, which are seperated in the centri-sieve, can be pumped using the PSSP pump. The closed-coupled screw on the impeller ensures a continuous flow of fibrous slurry into the impeller. Entrapped air in the slurry is constantly evacuated through the inner channel of the screw. 

Depending on the application range, the PSSP-line can be executed with several options:

Single or double oil seals with fat lubrication

Single or double mechanical seal with quench

Drain connections

The Pomac hygienic truck pumps range comprises a series of special versions of CP, CP/ZA and ZA stainless steel hygienic pumps, the IP impeller pump and the PLP lobe pump, all suited for mounting in trucks. They are hydraulically driven, but can also be supplied with an electric drive.

The CP sanitary pump is designed to handle liquids with viscosities upto 500 cP. It will funtion with the liquid producing either a positive or a negative suction on the pump and has flow rates upto 200 m³/h and a manometric head of 3 bar.

The CP unit has been built and tested in accordance with EHEDG Standards. 

 

Depending on the product to be pumped, the pump can be equipped with:

Closed, open and star impellers

Various mechanical seal types and materials

Various O-ring materials

Low surface roughness

Drain connection

Heating jacket
